Lauren Tallman is an artist based in dallas, texas.

Lauren Tallman has been creating ever since she could hold a crayon—whether it was doodling stick figure masterpieces or curating elaborate play classrooms (talk about foreshadowing). Inspired by her high school art teacher and fueled by a passion for both creativity and education, Lauren set her sights on the ultimate artistic endeavor: becoming a studio art professor. Currently, she’s at the University of Texas at Arlington, pursuing her Bachelor of Fine Arts with a focus in painting. Grad school is next on the horizon, where she’ll continue honing in her craft to earn a Master of Fine Arts.

With a unique blend of humor, tragedy, and deeply personal narratives, Lauren creates striking compositions using bold washes of color, clean lines, and intentional flatness as a nod to digital aesthetics. Her pieces have already made a splash in the Dallas art scene, earning spots in exhibitions at 500x, The Art Anomaly Studio, and the Arlington Museum of Art, where her work was selected by Dallas Contemporary curator Emily Edwards.

With each brushstroke, Lauren is building a body of work that’s as thought-provoking as it is visually interesting. Whether she’s experimenting with new techniques or refining her signature style, one thing’s for sure—this is just the beginning.
